The DOUBLETOP team represents and warrants that the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus, citizens of the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus or legal entities established and registered in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus do not have any influence on the management of the DOUBLETOP team, do not finance or receive income from the activities of the DOUBLETOP team.

The DOUBLETOP team confirms and assures that neither its founders, nor beneficial owners, nor members of the management bodies, nor other officials, nor employees, nor partners (to the best of the DOUBLETOP team's knowledge) are under any sanctions (international and/or under Ukrainian law), neither employees nor partners are under any sanctions (international and/or under Ukrainian law), nor are they in any way connected with the Russian Federation or any other aggressor state/business registered in the territory of the Russian Federation or any other aggressor state and/or receiving income in the territory of the Russian Federation or any other aggressor state.

In addition, the DOUBLETOP team represents and warrants that neither the DOUBLETOP team, nor its founders, nor beneficial owners, nor members of the management bodies, nor other officials, nor employees :

- do not have and will not have any connections, do not cooperate and will not cooperate with any sanctioned persons and/or sanctioned countries/territories (by which we mean a country or territory that is directly or indirectly subject to sanctions that broadly restrict and/or prohibit business relations with such country, territory or government)
- are not related by controlling relationships with sanctioned persons;
- do not carry out and will not carry out activities of any kind related to and/or aimed at financing terrorism and/or financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction;
- will not directly or indirectly sell, export, re-export or otherwise transfer any goods, works/services to/for use in the territory of the Russian Federation, another aggressor state, to any person, organization from the Russian Federation, another aggressor state, any sanctioned person and/or territory.
